The health and well-being of our clients, employees, and communities is our top priority at Poppy Bank. We're writing to let you know that we are monitoring the evolving situation surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and inform you that we are taking precautions consistent with guidance from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control) to protect our clients and employees.

Our branches continue to be open for business for all services. We've taken precautionary measures and enhanced branch cleaning procedures to further reduce the risk of the Coronavirus. Furthermore, we have supplied hand sanitizers in our branches for use by employees and clients.

While our branches continue to be open, most of the services available to you in a bank branch can be handled even more safely and conveniently through our online banking, mobile banking, and the usage of our ATMs. We strongly encourage you to use these convenient banking services as safe and secure alternatives.

Please note that we have a long-standing business continuity plan and are prepared to initiate that plan as needed. This plan is routinely designed and tested so that we can utilize technology to transact, communicate, and conduct business with you as usual in times like these.

Please rest assured that we are monitoring Federal and State Coronavirus guidance and will update safety procedures as necessary as the situation develops. If changes to branch hours or operating procedures become necessary, we'll post updated information on our website.
