Ms. Boulding is VP – Branch Manager of the Poppy Bank San Rafael branch. She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry. She is passionate about leading her team, building relationships with clients, and making a positive impact in the community. Ms. Boulding serves as Board Treasurer of three local organizations: Sonoma Valley Museum of Art, the Vallejo Chamber of Commerce, and Waterfront Weekend. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from University of Arizona, Global Campus.
