Kari Thompson

Ms. Thompson is VP – Branch Manager of Poppy Bank’s Alameda branch. She has more than 40 years of experience in the financial industry and has been with Poppy Bank for more than 15 years. Ms. Thompson is passionate about serving the community and helping others. She is president of the Alameda Homeless Network, treasurer of Alameda Hospital Foundation, Alameda Kiwanis and BADASS Labs, and is on the community advisory board for Rythmix Cultural Works. She is also involved with Girls Inc. of the Island City, Alameda Boys & Girls Club, and Alameda Meals on Wheels.
